A New World Record Set at Dreamforce

Dreamforce was a great success for NewVoiceMedia, and this year it was the setting for a new world record – the fastest ever contact centre build!

On 20th November, our team worked alongside Twilio and Salesforce to build a fully integrated contact centre from scratch in just 20 minutes and 8 seconds; complete with full telephony infrastructure, call flow, ACD, WebRTC delivery and intelligent routing capabilities.

We broke the previous world record of 28 minutes, 39 seconds, which we set at Call Centre and Customer Management Expo last month, and this challenge was even extended to include Twilio integration and WebRTC delivery.

We’re thrilled with this achievement, which is the perfect demonstration of just what NewVoiceMedia and Twilio are capable of. Watch all the action in the video below and read about it here.
